Store signage that will attract customers

It makes customers aware about the name of the store, information on products, their prices, discounts and promotions. Store owners have only a few seconds to attract the attention of customers before they walk by. This is why it is necessary to have signs that communicate the right message quickly. Professionally made signs attract customers and give them enough information to be interested in the store and products.
Poorly designed signs may confuse customers, including signs with misspelt words or that are difficult to read. To convince customers that your store is indeed the one they should use, it is important to have good, well written signs. Signs that sell messages effectively should have certain features, which are discussed below.
Signs should be easy to read and must convey the message with decent clarity. This increases the chance of customers understanding the intended message.
If it is an exterior sign, it must be made of long lasting material. These signs could be a little expensive but they last for years. They should be printed on a foam core, heavy card or an illustration board.
The colour scheme should be simple, with only two or three colours used. They should be in correct contrast of each other and must attract attention; otherwise gaudy colours could be irritating to the eye. The colours should also match the general colour theme of the store.
The signs should be placed in an appropriate place where they will get the customers attention but should not be in their way of walking.
